GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE. 1. General provisions These general terms and conditions of sale (the “General Terms and Conditions”) shall apply to all agreements entered into between Saint-Gobain Innovative Materials Belgium SA (the “Seller”) with any customer (the “Buyer”) with regard to the sale of products manufactured and/or sold by the Seller (the “Goods”) as well as the performance of any services. They may be subject to subsequent amendments. By placing an Order (as defined hereafter) to the Seller, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted without reservation these General Terms and Conditions. Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing in advance by the Seller, these General Terms and Conditions apply to the exclusion of any other terms and conditions set out in the Buyer’s Order, its general terms and conditions of purchase or, more generally, in the Buyer’s commercial documents, regardless of the date of such terms and conditions or documents.
