General Terms and Incorporation of Product Terms. This Agreement establishes the general terms and conditions to which the parties have agreed to in order to facilitate the licensing of Software and the provision of Products. Additional Product-specific terms and conditions are set forth in one or more documents referenced in the applicable Schedule, each of which is incorporated herein (each, a “Product Attachment”). All references to the “General Terms” mean this document, exclusive of Product Attachments and Schedules.
