Common use of General Terms of Letters of Credit Clause in Contracts

General Terms of Letters of Credit. (a) Each Acquisition Facility Letter of Credit and each Dollar Working Capital Facility Letter of Credit is to be denominated only in United States Dollars. Each Multicurrency Working Capital Facility Letter of Credit is to be denominated only in United States Dollars or Canadian Dollars (as the applicable Borrower shall notify the applicable Agent and the applicable Issuing Lender in accordance with Section 3.3(a)).
