General Undertaking. The Supplier hereby undertakes to design, manufacture, supply and deliver the Products to the IAA and to render the IAA with the Services, and to do all that is necessary in order to achieve the proper performance and operation of the Products according to the SOW, all pursuant to the terms and conditions stipulated herein and in accordance with the time schedule and delivery dates set by the IAA.
