General Use Restrictions. Licensee shall not use, copy, merge, or transfer copies of the SOFTWARE or the Documentation except as may be expressly and specifically authorized in this Agreement. Licensee shall not knowingly take any action that would cause the SOFTWARE to be placed in the public domain.

General Use Restrictions. Except as authorized in this Agreement, Customer will not, and will not permit any person or entity to, (i) resell, transfer, sublicense, publish, loan, or lease any Offering, or use any Offering for the benefit of any third party without the prior written consent of Siemens, (ii) modify, alter, tamper with, repair, or create derivative works of any Offering, (iii) reverse engi- xxxx, disassemble, decompile, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of any Offering, (iv) use any Offering in a manner that could subject such Offering to any open source software license that conflicts with this Agreement or that does not otherwise apply to such Offering, (v) use any Offering for the purpose of developing or enhancing any product that is competitive with such Offering, or (vi) remove any proprietary notices or legends contained in or affixed to any Offering. Customer will only use APIs identified as ‘pub- lished’ in the Documentation, and only as described therein to support the authorized use of Offerings. Customer may copy Software or Documentation only as required to support use of the Offering as expressly authorized in this Agreement, and will ensure that any such copy includes all proprietary notices contained in the Software or Documentation or affixed thereto as received from Siemens. The restrictions set out in this Section do not apply to the extent they conflict with mandatory applicable law.
General Use Restrictions a) For the Licensed Products, you will not: (i) make derivative works; (ii) sublicense, sell, rent, lease, lend, time-share, disclose, transfer or host the Licensed Products, Documentation or confidential or proprietary information to or for any other parties; (iii) use the Licensed Products to modify or reproduce third party material unless you have the legal right to do so; (iv) attempt to unlock or bypass any initialization system, encryption methods or copy protection device in the Licensed Products; (v) alter, remove or obscure any patent, copyright or trademark notice in the Licensed Products or Documentation; (vi) reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble or remove functions of the Licensed Products or any portion of them; (vii) make copies of the Licensed Products or Documentation, except as authorized in Section 2(d); (viii) modify, alter or change the Licensed Products; (ix) use components of a Licensed Product independent of the Licensed Products they comprise; or (x) extract any data from the Licensed Product and use such data for any purpose other than for your use of the Licensed Product. b) You will not use the Licensed Products in the operation of a time-sharing or service bureau arrangement or as an application service provider. You will not allow access to the Licensed Products through any other means than those indicated in the Order or in any SOW.

Any authorized disclosure of Data Output to third parties must prohibit those third parties from selling, sublicensing or disclosing the Data Output to additional third parties and from using the Data Output for any purpose other than as authorized in the applicable Order(s). Licensee may use Data Output to derive conclusions or recommendations that form part of Licensee’s services to its customers, but Licensee may not provide Data Output as part of those services. Licensee may translate Subscription Data into other data formats so long as use of the Subscription Data in all formats does not exceed the limits of this Agreement and the applicable Order(s).
General Use Restrictions. Except as otherwise provided in the General Terms and Conditions or as authorized by WOW!, WOW! Phone Service is intended for ordinary commercial use only and may only be used at service location(s) where such service is installed by WOW!. Customer understands and acknowledges that if Customer attempts to install or use the WOW! Equipment or VoIP Phone service at another location, the phone service, including but not limited to 911/E911, may fail to function or may function improperly. If Customer subscribes to a WOW! service (such as Hosted VoIP) that allows Customer to move the WOW! Phone Service Equipment to another location, Customer is responsible for ensuring that its emergency service location is updated by either updating the emergency service location by use of a communications portal provided by WOW! or by contacting WOW! to initiate the service address change. Customer expressly agrees not to: (i) interfere with or impair any service over any facilities and associated Equipment or impair the privacy of any communications over such facilities and associated Equipment; (ii) sell, resell, sublease, assign, license, sublicense, share, provide, or otherwise utilize in conjunction with a third party (including, without limitation, in any joint venture or as part of any outsourcing activity) the Phone Services or any component or combination thereof; (iii) in any manner use the Service in a way that results in non-standard calling patterns or practices (including text messaging), including but not limited to, use of the Service for auto-dialing, continuous or extensive call forwarding, telemarketing (including, without limitation, charitable or political solicitation or polling), fax or voicemail broadcasting or blasting for services with unlimited local and long distance calling plans, PBX hacking or modem hijacking resulting in excessive usage of long distance service, excessive text messages, or for any other use that results in excessive usage inconsistent with standard commercial calling patterns, as determined by WOW!; or (iv) augment the WOW! Phone Service or features, in any way as to change the functionality of the services or its component features in any manner that is inconsistent with standard commercial calling patterns and practices or these Terms.
