Refuse Disposal. Tenant shall not keep any trash, garbage, waste or other refuse on the Premises except in sanitary containers and shall regularly and frequently remove same from the Premises. Tenant shall keep all incinerators, containers or other equipment used for storage or disposal of such materials in a clean and sanitary condition.
Refuse Disposal. Tenant shall pay Landlord, within thirty (30) days of being billed therefor, for the removal from the Leased Premises and the Building of such refuse and rubbish of Tenant as shall exceed that ordinarily accumulated daily in the routine of a reasonable office.
Refuse Disposal. Tenant shall pay Landlord, within ten days of being billed therefor, for the removal from the Common Area, the Complex, or the Building of any amounts of refuse or rubbish that Tenant has generated in excess of amounts typically generated by other tenants of the Complex.
Refuse Disposal. The Employer will provide and empty special colour coded bins for refuse disposal. The Contractor ensures that all workers under his control strictly adhere to the correct use of refuse bins: For the full duration of the services, the Contractor is responsible to keep the work area clean of any rubble, and to place all refuse into the bins provided.
Refuse Disposal. The Tenant:
(a) shall not discard refuse, rubbish, scrap, tins, bottles, boxes, containers of any kind, any article or thing through or over windows or any part of the Premises but shall collect and/or remove all refuse or rubbish whatsoever from the Premises and discard the same in rubbish chutes or approved refuse bins, receptacles or containers as the Landlord may from time to time direct at such times and places as may be specified by the Landlord, the National Environment Agency and/or any relevant authority or organisation; and
(b) shall, at the Tenant’s own expense, arrange for all bulky waste or debris, including but not limited to furniture, to be removed from the Premises immediately and disposed of in accordance with statutory or regulatory requirements.
Refuse Disposal. 3.1 The resident of a unit shall deposit all domestic refuse in the refuse bins provided.
3.2 The refuse collectors will empty the refuse bins once a week on the arranged collection day.
3.3 Refuse bags may not be left on the sidewalk or outside the bins overnight. Do not deposit any refuse on the common property.
3.4 Residents or visitors caught throwing rubbish on the common property or vicinity are subject to prosecution in terms of Municipal Health Regulations. Such transgressors must be reported to the Body Corporate.
3.5 Kitchen refuse, food scraps, fat and oil shall not be washed down washbasins or thrown in drains. Each resident is personally responsible to clear blocked drains within their unit. If a maintenance request is logged and the maintenance team finds that this has not been done, a call-out fee of R300 will be charged to the resident. Residents must use refuse bags when disposing of food scraps.
3.6 No garden refuse will be collected. It should be taken to the local municipal dumping ground.
3.7 Cigarette butts and other objects of whatever nature shall not be thrown out of windows, from balconies or on common property.
3.8 Waste must be securely wrapped before placing it in the receptacle. Waste containers (e.g. tins and bottles) must be completely drained before placing it in the receptacle.
3.9 Refuse may not be handled in a way which would contradict the Regulations of the Municipality. For example; broken glass should be wrapped in a double layer of newspaper, etc.
3.10 Owners and residents should put a hygienic and dry bin for the purpose of refuse removal at the place and time specified by the trustees.
Refuse Disposal. No Owner shall throw out or discard or permit or suffer to be thrown out or discarded from his Unit any refuse, rubbish, litter or other article or thing whatsoever except using the services or facilities provided for the disposal thereof.
Refuse Disposal. Lessee shall pay Lessor, within ten (10) days of being billed therefor, for the removal from the Leased Premises and the Building of such refuse and rubbish of Lessee as shall exceed that ordinarily accumulated daily in the routine of business office occupancy.
Refuse Disposal. Tenant shall pay Landlord as Additional Rent the cost of any removal from the Premises and the Building of such refuse and rubbish of Tenant that is disproportionate in quantity or unusual in nature to what is being generated by other tenants in the Building.
Refuse Disposal. The Contractor is responsible to keep the work area clean of any rubble. All waste introduced and/or produced on the Employer’s premises by the Contractor for this contract is handled in accordance with the minimum requirements for the Handling & Disposal of Hazardous Waste in terms of Government Legislation as proclaimed by the Department of Water Affairs and Xxxxxxxx Xxx 0000 Ref: ISBN0621-16296-5. All refuse is disposed of at a registered dump site. There is no such dump site at Duvha.
