Common use of General Waivers Clause in Contracts

General Waivers. Each of the Guarantors irrevocably waives acceptance hereof, presentment, demand or action on delinquency, protest, the benefit of any statutes of limitations and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, any notice not provided for herein, as well as any requirement that at any time any action be taken by any Person against the Borrower, any other guarantor of the Guaranteed Obligations, or any other Person.

Each of the Guarantors hereby absolutely, irrevocably waives and unconditionally waives, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, acceptance hereof, presentment, demand or action on delinquency, protest, the benefit of any statutes of limitations and, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any notice not provided for herein, as well as any requirement that at any time any action be taken by any Person against the Borrower, any other guarantor of any of the Guaranteed Obligations, or any other Person.

Each of the Guarantors irrevocably waives acceptance hereof, presentment, demand or action on delinquency, protest, the benefit of any statutes of limitations and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, any notice not provided for herein, as well as any requirement that at any time any action be taken by any Person against the Foreign Parent Borrower, any other guarantor of the Guaranteed Obligations, or any other Person..

Each of the Guarantors irrevocably waives acceptance hereof, presentment, demand or action on delinquency, protest, the benefit of any statutes of limitations and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, any notice not provided for hereinherein or under the other Loan Documents, as well as any requirement that at any time any action be taken by any Person against the Company, any other Borrower, any other guarantor of the Guaranteed Obligations, or any other Person.

Each Except for written demand made by the Lender on such Guarantor with respect to payment hereunder, each of the Guarantors irrevocably waives acceptance hereof, presentment, demand or action on delinquency, protest, the benefit of any statutes of limitations and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, any notice not provided for herein, as well as any requirement that at any time any action be taken by any Person person against the Borrowerany Loan Party, any other guarantor of the Guaranteed Obligations, or any other Personperson.

Each of the Guarantors Guarantor, solely as to itself, irrevocably waives acceptance hereof, presentment, demand or action on delinquency, protest, the benefit of any statutes of limitations and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, any notice not provided for hereinherein or under the other Transaction Documents, as well as any requirement that at any time any action be taken by any Person against the Borrower, any other guarantor of the Guaranteed Obligations, Buyer or any other Person.
