GENERAL WARRANTIES AND REPRSENTATIONS. 11.1 It shall be a condition of the Contract that the Contractor warrants, represents and undertakes to the Authority that: 11.1.1 For the duration of the Contract it shall guarantee the provision of the levels of service and performance specified in the Contract; 11.1.2 For the duration of the Contract it shall at all times have full capacity, capability and authority to perform the Contract; 11.1.3 For the duration of the Contract it has and shall continue to hold all necessary (if any) regulatory approvals necessary to perform the Contractor’s obligations under the Contract 11.1.4 For the duration of the Contract it has and shall continue to provide and maintain an organisation having the necessary facilities to undertake the work specified in the Contract.
