Generally Paid by Owner. Except as set forth in Section 4.2, all obligations, costs or expenses incurred by Manager in the performance of its obligations pursuant to Article II shall be borne by Owner, including without limitation Manager’s administrative costs and the salaries and fringe benefits of Manager’s employees involved in the management or operation of the Property.
