Generated Revenues. Retailer shall retain all revenues it receives from responses to Inserts or retail messages in customer service calls. Any Inserts requiring Bank processing (other than as a point of sale transaction) or fulfillment shall be subject to mutual agreement regarding the processing or fulfillment cost to be paid by Retailer.
