Generation Divestiture Sample Clauses

Generation Divestiture. By the later of May 1, 1997 or ten (10) days after filing this Settlement with the Department, Boston Edison shall develop and file for informational purposes only a plan with the Department to implement divestiture of its generating business assets, except as provided for in section V.C.2(b), and subject to the provision of section V.C.3, below.
