Generic Disconnection Notices. Pacific Xxxx is currently working with CPUC telecom staff to improve its disconnection notice as a result of D.00-00-000, which requires Pacific Xxxx to list DSL Internet services as one of the services for which failure to make payment cannot result in the denial of basic service. The reworking of the notice is being handled through an advice letter process. The Parties will be participating in that process to ensure that the disconnection language notice is understandable and accurate.
