Generic Region C Combination Products Sample Clauses

Generic Region C Combination Products. Each Party and its Affiliates (A) shall only sell, offer for sale, or assist Third Parties in selling Generic Region C Combination Product in Region C for end use in the Field, and (B) shall not sell and shall prohibit its distributors and their respective wholesalers and distributors (if any are permitted pursuant to this Agreement) from selling a Generic Region C Combination Product outside of Region C or from assisting any Third Party in doing so.
