Genetically Engineered Products Sample Clauses
The "Genetically Engineered Products" clause defines the rules and responsibilities regarding the use, handling, or sale of products that have been genetically modified. Typically, this clause outlines whether such products are permitted under the agreement, sets standards for compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and may require disclosure or labeling of genetically engineered items. Its core function is to ensure that both parties are aware of and agree to the terms governing genetically engineered products, thereby managing legal compliance and reducing the risk of disputes related to their use or distribution.
