Genuine Interest. The Interested Party is genuinely interested in purchasing or leasing the Property from the Landlord.
Genuine Interest. The Potential Buyer is genuinely interested in purchasing the Property from the Landlord.

Genuine Interest. [18] The chambers judge held that CCD’s interest “only weakly” met the “genuine interest” criterion, because CCD’s work was “more focussed on disability (particularly physical disability) and far less focussed on mental health” (paras. 44 and 53).
Genuine Interest. [51] The second factor, being whether the plaintiff has a genuine interest in the issues, also reflects the concern for conserving scarce judicial resources and the need to screen out the mere busybody.
