Genuine Nissan Parts and Accessories. Seller will ship Genuine Nissan Parts and Accessories to Dealer by whatever mode of transportation, by whatever route, and from whatever point Seller may select. Dealer shall bear the risk of loss and damage to Genuine Nissan Parts and Accessories during transportation from the point of shipment.
