Geographic Application Sample Clauses
The Geographic Application clause defines the specific geographic regions or territories where the terms of the agreement are valid and enforceable. This clause may specify that the contract applies only within certain countries, states, or regions, and can limit or expand the scope of rights, obligations, or restrictions based on location. By clearly outlining the geographic boundaries of the agreement, this clause helps prevent disputes over jurisdiction and ensures that all parties understand where the contract's provisions are applicable.
Geographic Application. The Ocean Management provision of this section apply to Pacific Ocean shorelines of statewide significance coastal waters and those associated shorelands located within the City of Long Beach.
Geographic Application. The undertakings in clause 10.2 apply only if the activity prohibited by clause 10.2 occurs within:
(a) worldwide;
(b) the United States of America, the Commonwealth of Australia and the Republic of South Africa;
(c) the United States of America or the Commonwealth of Australia or the Republic of South Africa;
(d) the Commonwealth of Australia.
