Geographic Extent of Covenant. The obligations of Employee under Section 6.01 shall apply to the continental United States. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if Employee is terminated pursuant to Section 7.01 (e) or (f) the obligations of Employee under Section 6.01 shall apply to any site located within one hundred (100) miles of any location where the Company or any of the Affiliates sells, repairs or services recreational vehicles or parts and accessories for recreational during the Term or, if applicable, the Non-Compete Period.
