Geographic Extent of Covenant. The obligations of Executive under Section 7.01 shall apply to any geographic area in which the Company: (a) has engaged in business during the term of this Agreement through production, promotional, sales or marketing activity, or otherwise, or (b) has otherwise established its goodwill, business reputation, or any customer or supplier relations.
