Geographical Access. Insurer shall maintain a network that meets the following standards: PCP 30 20 30 20 Specialist 40 20 30 20 Orthodontist 70 30 50 20 Telehealth Report For telehealth services, Insurer shall report Enrollee’s access to telehealth services in the manner and format determined by FHKC. FHKC may choose to use such reports and other information available to create access standards for telehealth services or to create a methodology to supplement the geographic network access standards.
