Geographical Information. All digital geographical information used in the performance of the Contract is the property of the Village, including all information obtained, collected, corrected or created by the Contractor in their completion or pursuit of the Contract.

Geographical Information. The Recipient shall upload current GIS Data to the Division’s SharePoint portal at: xxxxx://xxxxxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx. Current Geospatial Information Systems (GIS) data includes:  Location and attribute information of all fire rescue, law enforcement, public safety and emergency service stations; and,  Location and attribute information of other critical facilities as deemed necessary by the County Emergency Manager. Attribute information shall include: facility name, facility type, physical address, and USNG coordinates OR Latitude/Longitude in decimal degrees (only one or the other is required).
Geographical Information. Grant County and the cities of Crittenden, Corinth, Dry Ridge and Williamstown, shall furnish to the local telephone companies and to the Kentucky State Police unique street addresses, Emergency Service Numbers (ESNs), and community names for all subscribers and all specific premises, cell towers and real estate parcels within the jurisdiction of each governmental entity. All parties shall also provide the Kentucky State Police with available geographic information such as net structure locations; new road locations; centerline data; community boundaries; fire, law enforcement and ambulance district or jurisdictional boundaries. Furnished information shall be in a form acceptable to the local telephone company and the Kentucky State Police.

Geographical Information. Mapping and Spatial data shall be developed, maintained, and updated in cooperation between counties and the Florida Division of Emergency Management (FDEM). Current datasets will be provided by FDEM to counties through the appropriate Regional Coordinator. Updates and corrections will be provided to the FDEM GeoSpatial Information Systems (GIS) section on or before March 30, 2010. This shall include A) County shelter data utilized by the State Emergency Support Function (ESF) 6 shall be updated B) Location and attribute information of all fire rescue, law enforcement, public safety and emergency service stations shall be provided consistent with existing datasets. C) Location and attribute information for Disaster Recovery Center (DRC) sites using a format provided in cooperation with FDEM Recovery Section.
