Geographical Limitations. 5.1 The Data Processor is not allowed to transfer, access, process or otherwise make available Personal Data in countries outside the EU/EEA.
5.2 The Data Processor can transfer, access, process or otherwise make personal data available to Pre-Approved Subcontractors listed in Appendix 1. Any such agreements with Pre-Approved Subcontractors outside the EU or EEA shall – prior to any transfer of data - be entered into pursuant to the EU Commission’s decision of 2010/87/EU regarding the standard model contract for transfer of personal data to countries outside the EU or EEA in addition to any permission from local authorities if legally required.
Geographical Limitations. This campaign is applicable only in certain countries and regions. Please verify your eligibility based on your location (Switzerland, Hungary, Georgia, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Malta, Estonia, Lithuania, Belarus, Azerbaijan, Armenia).
Geographical Limitations. Manager may not conduct any flight outside the United States, Canada and the Caribbean, without the prior written permission of Owner and evidence of insurance coverage for that flight in a form and content satisfactory to Owner in its sole discretion.
(a) THE MANAGER AGREES NOT TO OPERATE OR LOCATE THE AIRCRAFT, OR ALLOW THE AIRCRAFT TO BE OPERATED OR LOCATED, IN OR OVER ANY AREA OF HOSTILITIES, ANY GEOGRAPHIC AREA WHICH IS NOT COVERED BY THE INSURANCE POLICIES REQUIRED BY THIS AGREEMENT, OR ANY COUNTRY OR JURISDICTION FOR WHICH EXPORTS OR TRANSACTIONS ARE SUBJECT TO SPECIFIC RESTRICTIONS UNDER ANY UNITED STATES EXPORT OR OTHER LAW OR UNITED NATIONS SECURITY COUNCIL DIRECTIVE, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE TRADING WITH THE ENEMY ACT, 50 U.S.C. APP. SECTIONS 1701 ET SEQ., AND THE EXPORT ADMINISTRATION ACT, 50 U.S.C. APP. SECTIONS 2401 ET SEQ. OR TO OTHERWISE VIOLATE, OR PERMIT THE VIOLATION OF, SUCH LAWS OR DIRECTIVES. MANAGER ALSO AGREES TO PROHIBIT ANY NATIONAL OF SUCH RESTRICTED NATIONS FROM OPERATING THE AIRCRAFT.
Geographical Limitations. Executive agrees with the Company that the current state of the Employer's Business, taken in context of modern and advancing methods of communications, renders meaningless, geographical limitations the Executive's post-employment obligations to the Company.
Geographical Limitations. Operator’s license includes the right to use the Intellectual Property without geographical restriction, subject to compliance with all terms and conditions of this Agreement and all applicable state and federal laws and all international laws and conventions.
Geographical Limitations. Permit any of its Affiliates (other than a Loan Party) or any of such Affiliates’ directors, officers, executives, or agents to enter into any agreement, whether evidenced by a lease agreement, license agreement, subscription agreement, service agreement or otherwise, relating to the Core Business or the operations of the Core Business in the State of Illinois or the Commonwealth of Massachusetts; provided, that the foregoing restrictions shall not apply to amendments to agreements in place as of the Closing Date and which have been provided to the Administrative Agent.
Geographical Limitations. Employee agrees with the Company that the geographical limitations on the Employee’s post-employment obligations to the Company are fair and reasonable.
Geographical Limitations. The restrictions set forth in SECTION II(A) in this Agreement shall be applicable to the following geographic areas that can be enforced against Harcke during the Restricted Period:
1. In North America;
2. In the United States of America;
3. In each State in which Sellers previously had operations and/or conducted significant activities relating to the Business, and all contiguous states;
4. In the State of North Carolina;
5. In Xxxxxxxxx County, North Carolina, and all contiguous counties; and
6. Within a fifty (50) mile radius of any location at which Sellers conducted the Business.

5.2 Any approved transfer outside of the EU/EEA shall always comply with the GDPR, chapter V.
5.3 The Data Processor is instructed and allowed to transfer, access, process or otherwise make personal data available to Pre-Approved Sub- processorslisted in Appendix 2. Any such agreements with Pre-Approved Sub-processors outside the EU or EEA shall – prior to any transfer of data - be entered into pursuant to the EU Commission’s decision of 2010/87/EU regarding the standard contractual clauses for transfer of personal data to countries outside the EU or EEA or subject to other appropriate safe- guards pursuant to GDPR, Article 46, including permission from local su- pervisory authorities if legally required.
Geographical Limitations. Please note that if you move your Printer into a geographic location in which the service coverage set forth in your invoice is not available at the same price that was originally paid for this Agreement, then you may incur an additional charge to maintain the same categories of service coverage at the new location. If you choose not to pay such additional charge, your service may be automatically changed to categories of service that are available at such price or a lesser price in such new location with no refund available.
