Geographical Limitations. 5.1 The Data Processor is not allowed to transfer, access, process or otherwise make available Personal Data in countries outside the EU/EEA. 5.2 The Data Processor can transfer, access, process or otherwise make personal data available to Pre-Approved Subcontractors listed in Appendix 1. Any such agreements with Pre-Approved Subcontractors outside the EU or EEA shall – prior to any transfer of data - be entered into pursuant to the EU Commission’s decision of 2010/87/EU regarding the standard model contract for transfer of personal data to countries outside the EU or EEA in addition to any permission from local authorities if legally required.
