Geographical Requirements. 2.6.1 Comprehensive geographical coverage across the UK is a requirement - but not necessarily from every supplier (i.e. regional IDPs will not be excluded on the grounds that they do not cover the whole of the UK. It is recognised that some suppliers may bring added value in certain geographic areas). IDPs must advise of any geographical restrictions associated with their service. 2.6.2 For evaluation purposes, Key Criteria 4 refers (see Annex B).

Geographical Requirements. 3.1 The processing of personal data carried out by the Data Processor by agreement with the Data Controller may be carried out by the Data Processor or data sub-processors (see Clause 4) only within the borders of Denmark. The Data Processor is in no way entitled to allow data processing to take place outside the borders of Denmark without consent in writing from the Data Controller.
