Common use of German American's Knowledge Clause in Contracts

German American's Knowledge. With respect to representations and warranties herein that are made or qualified as being made "to the knowledge of German American" or words of similar import, it is understood and agreed that matters within the knowledge of the directors and the executive officers of German American shall be considered to be within the knowledge of German American.
