GIEK Lender. Without affecting the responsibility of the Obligors for information supplied by it or on its behalf in connection with any Finance Document, GIEK Lender confirms to the GIEK Agent that it has been, and will continue to be, solely responsible for making its own independent appraisal and investigation of all risks arising under or in connection with the GIEK Guarantee, except that the GIEK Agent will monitor the terms and conditions as set out in the GIEK Guarantee on similar terms as included in Clause 22.3 (Particular duties of the GIEK Facility Agent in respect of GIEK Lender). The GIEK Agent shall not be responsible for risks in connection with the financial condition, status and nature of the Obligors.
