GIEK Premium. 9.6.1 The Borrower acknowledges that the GIEK Facility Lenders shall procure the issue of the GIEK Guarantee either through the GIEK Agent or directly with GIEK and shall benefit from it throughout the duration of the Facility Security Period. The Borrower agrees to pay to the Facility Agent (for the account of GIEK) the GIEK Premium on each Interest Payment Date.
