Give the Contractor Possession of the Site. The Principal must make the [Existing Site and the New ]Site available to the Contractor for commencement of the Works on the Commencement Date provided the Contractor’s Health and Safety Plan has been approved by the Principal’s Representative and any insurances required to be obtained by the Contractor under the Contract are in place. The Contractor must liaise with and comply with the reasonable directions of the Principal regarding access including method, timing and route to the [Existing Site and the New ]Site.
