Common use of Giving of Requests Clause in Contracts

Giving of Requests. (a) A Borrower may request a Letter of Credit to be issued by giving to the Facility Agent a duly completed Request. (b) Unless the Facility Agent otherwise agrees, the latest time for receipt by the Facility Agent of a duly completed Request is 11.00 a.m. one Business Day before the proposed Utilisation Date. (c) Each Request is irrevocable.

Giving of Requests. (a) A Borrower may request borrow a Letter of Credit to be issued Loan by giving to the Facility Agent a duly completed Request. (b) Unless the Facility Agent otherwise agrees, the latest time for receipt by the Facility Agent of a duly completed Request is 11.00 a.m. one three Business Day Days (or such shorter period as may be agreed by the Facility Agent but in any event not less than two Business Days) before the Quotation Day for the proposed Utilisation Dateborrowing. (c) Each Request is irrevocable.

(c) Each Request is irrevocable.
