Glasswasher Allowance. Landlord shall provide to Tenant an allowance of up to $50,000 in the aggregate (“Glasswasher Allowance”) for the purchase and installation of a glasswasher, reasonably acceptable to Landlord and Tenant (“Glasswasher”) in the Premises. Tenant shall notify Landlord how much, if any, Glasswasher Allowance Tenant has elected to receive from Landlord within 30 days after the mutual execution and delivery of the Lease by the parties. Such election shall be final and binding on Tenant, and may not thereafter be modified without Landlord’s consent, which may be granted or withheld in Landlord’s sole and absolute subjective discretion. If Tenant elects to use any portion of the Glasswasher Allowance, Tenant shall be responsible for all costs of the Glasswasher in excess of the Glasswasher Allowance. Tenant shall have no right to the use or benefit (including any reduction to or payment of Base Rent) of any portion of the Glasswasher Allowance not required for the purchase and installation of the Glasswasher. Any portion of the Glasswasher Allowance actually disbursed shall, to the extent used, result in TI Rent as set forth in the Lease. If all or any portion of the Glasswasher Allowance is used to purchase or install the Glasswasher, the Glasswasher shall be the property of Landlord and Tenant shall not remove the Glasswasher at the expiration or earlier termination of the Term, nor shall Tenant have the right to remove the Glasswasher from the Premises at any time during the Term.

  • Boot Allowance The District will pay $180 toward the purchase and/or repair of work boots for District Employees listed in the District’s Work Apparel Policy and/or at the discretion of the employee’s department manager. Payment will be made by the first full paycheck of the employee’s date of hire and annually thereafter. Boots must meet applicable OSHA standards for the duties assigned.

  • Car Allowance The Company shall provide the Executive an automobile allowance of $750 per month during the term of Executive’s employment hereunder.

  • Cleaning Allowance The University will pay for the cleaning of Department issued uniforms and necessary work clothing requiring cleaning worn by employees assigned to non-uniformed positions.

  • Site Allowance All new construction and extension/refurbishment work having a project value in excess of $2.0m will attract the then current City of Melbourne Site Allowance.

  • Shift Allowance In addition to the wage specified in sub-clause (1), read with sub- clause (12), a normal shift worker shall, in respect of his shift hours worked in any week, be paid an additional 12,5% on such wage.
