Common use of Global Agent Clause in Contracts

Global Agent. The entity selected by Freddie Mac to act as its global, calculating, transfer, authenticating and paying agent for the Original Notes, which as of the Closing Date is U.S. Bank, and who will act as calculating, authenticating and paying agent with respect to the MAC Notes pursuant to the direction of the Exchange Administrator.

Global Agent. The entity selected by Freddie Xxxxxxx Mac to act as its global, calculating, transfer, authenticating and paying agent for the Original Notes, which as of the Closing Date is U.S. Bank, and who will act as calculating, authenticating and paying agent with respect to the MAC Notes pursuant to the direction of the Exchange Administrator.
