Global Delivery Centre Sample Clauses

Global Delivery Centre. Following expiry of the transitional period for continued use of the Global Delivery Centre in China on the terms of the agreement referred to in Clause 4.1.2, the Seller agrees that the Purchaser’s Group may invite persons who are currently working in the Global Delivery Centre in China and who are and have been principally involved in the provision of services to the Company to become employed whether as employee, consultant or otherwise by any member of the Seller’s Group.
