Global Development and Commercialization Sample Clauses

Global Development and Commercialization. GNE shall have the exclusive right either itself or via its designated Third Party to conduct the Global Development Plan and any further development and commercialization of any MAGE-A4 Compounds and/or Licensed Products and any associated Companion Diagnostics, and shall be solely responsible for all activities, responsibilities, steps, costs, expenses and charges associated therewith.
