Common use of Global Note Certificates Clause in Contracts

Global Note Certificates. Each Global Note Certificate shall: 3.1.1 be in substantially the form set out in the First Schedule of the Trust Deed in respect of the Class A Notes, in the form set out in the Second Schedule of the Trust Deed in respect of the Class B Notes and in the form set out in the Third Schedule of the Trust Deed in respect of the Class C Notes; and 3.1.2 be executed manually or in facsimile by or on behalf of the Issuer and authenticated manually by or on behalf of the Registrar upon receipt of written instruction from the Issuer.

Global Note Certificates. Each Global Note Certificate shall: 3.1.1 be in substantially the form set out in the First Schedule of the Trust Deed in respect of the Class A Notes, in the form set out in the Second Schedule of the Trust Deed in respect of the Class B Notes and in the form set out in the Third Schedule of the Trust Deed in respect of the Class C Notes; and 3.1.2 be executed manually or in facsimile by or on behalf of the Issuer and authenticated manually by or on behalf of the Registrar upon receipt of written instruction from the Issuer.

Global Note Certificates. Each Global Note Certificate shall: 3.1.1 be in substantially the form set out in Schedule 2 (Form of Regulation S Global Note Certificate) to the First Schedule of the Note Trust Deed in respect of the Class A Notes, in the form set out in the Second Schedule of the Trust Deed in respect of the Class B Notes and in the form set out in the Third Schedule of the Trust Deed in respect of the Class C NotesDeed; and 3.1.2 be executed manually or in facsimile by or on behalf of the Issuer and authenticated manually or in facsimile by or on behalf of the Registrar upon receipt of written instruction from the IssuerPrincipal Paying Agent.

Each Global Note Certificate shall: 3.1.1 be in substantially the form set out in the First Schedule of the Trust Deed in respect of the Class A A1 Notes, in the form set out Second Schedule of the Trust Deed in respect of the Class A2 Notes, in the Second Third Schedule of the Trust Deed in respect of the Class B Notes and in the form set out in the Third Fourth Schedule of the Trust Deed in respect of the Class C Notes; and 3.1.2 be executed manually or in facsimile by or on behalf of the Issuer and authenticated manually by or on behalf of the Registrar upon receipt of written instruction from the Issuer.

Each Global Note Certificate shall: 3.1.1 be in substantially the form set out in the First Schedule 2 Part A (Form of Global Note Certificate) of the Arran Funding Note Trust Deed in respect of the each Class A Notes, in the form set out in the Second Schedule of the Trust Deed in respect of the Class B Notes and in the form set out in the Third Schedule of the Trust Deed in respect of the Class C Noteseach Series; and 3.1.2 be executed manually or in facsimile by or on behalf of the Issuer and authenticated manually by or on behalf of the Registrar upon receipt of written instruction from the Issuer.
