Global Note. (a) DTC shall serve as the initial Depositary for the Global Note. (b) Unless and until it is exchanged for definitive Notes in accordance with the terms of the Base Indenture, a Global Note may be transferred, in whole but not in part, only to another nominee of the Depositary, or to a successor Depositary selected or approved by the Company or to a nominee of such successor Depositary.
