Common use of Global Note Clause in Contracts

Global Note. If specified in the related Indenture Supplement ----------- for any Series, Notes may be initially issued in the form of a single temporary Global Note (the "Global Note") in bearer form, without interest coupons, in the ----------- denomination of the initial principal amount and substantially in the form attached to the related Indenture Supplement. Unless otherwise specified in the related Indenture Supplement, the provisions of this Section 2.16 shall apply to ------------ such Global Note.
