Common use of Global Notes and Denomination of the Notes Clause in Contracts

Global Notes and Denomination of the Notes. Upon the original issuance, the Notes shall be represented by one or more Global Notes. The Company shall issue the Notes in minimum denominations of $2,000 and in integral multiples of $1,000 in excess thereof and shall deposit the Global Notes with the Trustee as Custodian for DTC in New York, New York, and register the Global Notes in the name of DTC or its nominee.
