Common use of Global Notes; Resale Restriction Termination Date Clause in Contracts

Global Notes; Resale Restriction Termination Date. (i) If, on the Free Trade Date, or the next succeeding Business Day if the Free Trade Date is not a Business Day, any Notes are represented by a Global Note that is a Restricted Note (any such Global Note, a “Restricted Global Note”), as promptly as practicable, the Company will automatically exchange every Restricted Global Note (and every beneficial interest in each Restricted therein) for one or more Global Note for Notes (and beneficial interests in Global Notes therein) that do not bear the Restricted Notes Legend are not subject to the restrictions set forth in the Restricted Notes Legend and in Section 2.073.07 hereof.
