Global Preferred Security. (a) Any Global Preferred Security issued under this Trust Agreement shall be registered in the name of the nominee of the Clearing Agency and delivered to such custodian therefor, and such Global Preferred Security shall constitute a single Preferred Security for all purposes of this Trust Agreement.
