Global Prime Services. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement and to Global Prime ’s Transaction Documents, and in consideration of the Partner providing the Specified Introductory Services to Global Prime, Global Prime will provide the Global Prime Services to the Partner, including undertaking Transactions with the Clients.
