Common use of Global Warrant to Certificated Warrant Clause in Contracts

Global Warrant to Certificated Warrant. Subject to compliance with Section 3.10(b), if a beneficial interest in a Global Warrant is transferred or exchanged for a Certificated Warrant, the Warrant Agent will (x) record a decrease in the principal amount of such Global Warrant equal to the principal amount of such transfer or exchange and (y) deliver a new Certificated Warrants to the transferee (in the case of a transfer) or the owner of such beneficial interest (in the case of an exchange), registered in the name of such transferee or owner, as applicable.

Global Warrant to Certificated Warrant. Subject to compliance with Section 3.10(b6.2(b), if a beneficial interest in a Global Warrant is transferred or exchanged for a Certificated Warrant, the Warrant Agent will (x1) record a decrease in the principal amount of such Global Warrant equal to the principal amount of such transfer or exchange and (y2) deliver a new Certificated Warrants to the transferee (in the case of a transfer) or the owner of such beneficial interest (in the case of an exchange), registered in the name of such transferee or owner, as applicable.

Subject to compliance with Section 3.10(b)3.09, if a beneficial interest in a Global Warrant is transferred or exchanged for a Certificated WarrantWarrant in accordance with this Section 3.08, the Warrant Agent will (x) record a decrease in the principal amount of such Global Warrant equal to the principal amount of such transfer or exchange and (y) deliver a new Certificated Warrants to the transferee (in the case of a transfer) or the owner of such beneficial interest (in the case of an exchange), registered in the name of such transferee or owner, as applicable.
