GMAC Indemnification of the Purchaser. GMAC shall indemnify the Purchaser for any liability as a result of the failure of an Eligible Receivable sold hereunder to be originated in compliance with all Requirements of Law. This indemnity obligation shall be in addition to any obligation that GMAC may otherwise have.
