GMACM AND THE DEPOSITOR. This Article VI is applicable only to GMACM and the GMACM Mortgage Loans. Similar provisions relating to Countrywide Servicing and the Countrywide Mortgage Loans are set forth in Exhibit B. With respect to Countrywide Servicing and the Countrywide Mortgage Loans, to the extent of any inconsistency between the provisions of this Article VI and Exhibit B, the provisions of Exhibit B shall control.
