Gold Custodian and Custodian’s Fees. As compensation for custodial services rendered to the Trust with respect to the Gold Coins and other Trust Property, the Gold Custodian and the Custodian shall be entitled to receive such fees as the Trust may approve from time to time pursuant to a separate written agreement with each of the Gold Custodian and the Custodian.

Gold Custodian and Custodian’s Fees. As compensation for custodial services rendered to the Trust with respect to the Gold Coins Bullion and other Trust Property, the Gold Custodian and the Custodian shall be entitled to receive such fees as the Trust Manager may approve from time to time pursuant to a separate written agreement with each of the Gold Custodian and the Custodian. If the Trustee also acts as the Custodian of the Trust Property other than the Gold Bullion then the fees of the Custodian shall be set forth in the Fee Agreement between the Manager and the Trustee.
