Golf Professional. Golf Professional" is an employee of OPERATOR who is a Class "A" PGA or LPGA golf professional and supervises the golf operations at the Golf Course under the direction of the General Manager.
Golf Professional. The CONTRACTOR agrees to provide one (1) on-site Golf Professional for managing ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Golf Course during the term of this Agreement to devote time, attention, and energies to the performances of the duties detailed herein. The CONTRACTOR may be the Golf Professional. He/She shall conduct himself/herself at all times and in all matters in accordance with the standards accepted for golf professionals and established by the Professional Golfers Association of America (PGA) or Ladies Professional Golf Association of America (LPGA). The Golf Professional shall be a member in good standing of the PGA or LPGA and maintain a Class “A” rating or be a Life Member of the PGA for the entire term of this Agreement.
Golf Professional. The CONTRACTOR agrees to provide one (1) on‐site Golf Professional for managing the Course during the term of this Agreement to devote time, attention, energies to the performances of the duties detailed herein. The golf professional shall conduct himself/herself at all times and in all matters in accordance with the standards accepted for golf professionals and established by the Professional Golfers Association of America (PGA) or Ladies Professional Golf Association of America (LPGA). The Golf Professional shall be a member in good standing of the PGA or LPGA and maintain a Class “A” rating or be a “life member” with the said organization for the entire term of this Agreement. CONTRACTOR will provide adequately and properly qualified and trained staffing for the Golf Courses in order to operate first rate, professionally run courses and clubhouses.
Golf Professional. The Golf Professional shall be a current Class "A" member in good standing with the PGA or LPGA and have three (3) years of experience as golf professional. If the General Manager is a current Class "A" member in good standing with the PGA or LPGA, then the Golf Professional need not be a PGA or LPGA apprentice. The Golf Professional shall be responsible for golf instruction, golf services, Driving Range operations and the Pro Shop. The Golf Professional shall report directly to the General Manager.
