Good discharge to Issuer. The payment by or on behalf of the Issuer of its payment obligations on each Quarterly Distribution Date under the Series Supplement and the Offered Note Conditions to the Offered Note Trustee in accordance with clause 6.1 is a good discharge to the Issuer and the Issuer will not be liable for any act or omission or default of the Offered Note Trustee during the period it is required to make payments to the Offered Note Trustee under clause 6.1.
