Good Engineering and Operating Practices. Without limiting the foregoing, Seller shall install, operate, repair and maintain its Facility and perform all obligations required to be performed under this Agreement in accordance with Good Engineering and Operating Practices in the electric industry and all applicable laws, rules, regulations, orders, tariffs and construction and safety codes.
