Term and Effectiveness of Certain Obligations. Promptly following the end of the Term and the complete performance of all of Supplier’s obligations under this Agreement, including, but not limited to, the obligation to pay any and all damages owed by Supplier to Company, under this Agreement, Company shall release its interest in the Security.
Term and Effectiveness of Certain Obligations. Term. The initial term of this Agreement shall commence on the Execution Date and shall remain in effect for ________ [ ] years following the Commercial Operation Date (the “Initial Term”), unless extended pursuant to Section 2.2(E) (Extension Term) or terminated earlier as provided herein. Upon expiration of the Term, the Parties hereto shall no longer be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, except as set forth in Section 25.23 (Survival of Obligations).
