Common use of Good Faith Cooperation; Consents Clause in Contracts

Good Faith Cooperation; Consents. The parties will use good faith efforts to cooperate with each other in all matters relating to the provision and receipt of the Services. Such cooperation shall include exchanging information necessary for the provision of the Services (subject to Section 1.6(a) of this Agreement), performing true-ups and adjustments and obtaining all applicable consents, licenses, sublicenses or approvals necessary to permit each party to perform its obligations hereunder. The costs of obtaining such consents, licenses, sublicenses or approvals shall be paid by Quantum. The parties will maintain reasonable documentation related to the Services and cooperate with each other in making such information available as needed, in all cases in compliance with all applicable law.

The parties will maintain reasonable documentation related to the Services and cooperate with each other in making such information available as needed, in all cases in compliance with all applicable law.
