Good Faith Obligations. 2.1 The Parties shall co-operate fully and in good faith to ensure the success of the Promotion. This includes, but is not limited to, abiding by a time-line jointly developed by the parties establishing key dates, such as the anticipated start and end dates of the Promotion(s), and significant milestones in the interim. All dates are subject to commercial feasibility as determined by PriceTravel Holding.
